What this means for your family

While many families report excellent, personalized care from specific staff members, there is a consistent pattern of severe understaffing and hygiene failures, particularly in the rehab and nursing wings. When touring, ask specifically for the weekend staffing ratios and request a clear plan for how call-light response times are monitored and managed during off-hours.

Key Review Excerpts

My mom was taken here on Saturday 3/27/25 & was left in the same diaper for 20+HOURS when I discovered her lying in that disgusting bed! The LPN on duty was unconcerned and I had to ask for help again after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come.

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

There is some good people there but, the biggest Problem I had was Staffing Problems for the Weekends and Nights!! Either Nurses Calling Off or their Short Staffed!!. Waiting 45 minutes or 50 minutes just to get a Pain Medicine!!

Rehab patient · 2023☆☆☆☆

My mother really enjoys living AT. Although slightly understaffed, the long-term staff is dedicated, kind and in-touch with the residents. Debby, Ashley, Fatima communicate well with the family.

This facility shows a concerning pattern of building safety and electrical system deficiencies across multiple surveys, with recurring issues in fire safety, electrical systems, and kitchen facilities. One family filed a complaint regarding inadequate care planning. While all deficiencies were reportedly corrected, the repeated safety violations—including emergency power failures and fire door maintenance problems—suggest ongoing infrastructure challenges that families should discuss during facility tours.
