Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother has a sprained ankle from the nurse not putting the foot pedal on her wheelchair. Her foot was dragging under the chair and it was only when my grandmother yelled in pain did the nurse realize what was happening.

Grandchild of resident · 2023☆☆☆☆

I want to say that the social worker Cindy is phenomenal at doing her job she really listens and takes how the patient feels seriously she is considerate and understanding and goes above and beyond to make sure her patient feels heard and taken care of

Family member · 2022★★★★★

This facility is disgraceful. The Administrative Staff only cares about client’s bill being paid. Leaving client in limbo while trying to get Medicaid. Throwing them in a closet size room to share with another resident.

This facility has significant concerns with recurring patterns of abuse and neglect issues, as 26% of deficiencies came from family complaints. Most problematic are repeated failures in protecting residents from abuse and neglect, maintaining proper care standards, and medication management across multiple surveys. While all violations show correction dates, the persistent nature of abuse protection failures and care quality issues, particularly those triggering family reports, suggests ongoing systemic problems families should carefully investigate before choosing this facility.
