“The employees on Willow Care are like a family. Its so nice to be able to get to know everyone on a first name basis. If I have a concern or issue, there is always someone to help resolve it.”
“They have a hall that has 3 stories. I was visiting on the 2nd floor. The entire walk through 1st & 2nd floors smelled of stale human waste. It smells permeated in the carpets and fills the air.”
“However, there are not enough nursing aides. They each have 15 patients to care for and they are responsible for all meals and giving 4 baths a day so you can imagine if you are stuck on toilet and nobody answers your call for 20+ minutes it is not good for a patient that faints.”
