Key Review Excerpts

The staff, including the Executive Director were on top of and in most cases ahead of everything at all times. I knew each day after a visit that I could leave there feeling confident that he was in very capable hands!

Family of a patient · 2019☆☆☆☆

My mother arrived at 6 pm on a Thursday. She used the buzzer for help but turned out it was broken. She found out after she decided to get up and flag a nurse but instead she fell. Within 3 hours of arriving.

Family of a patient · 2021☆☆☆☆

My grandmother is living here and has been for a few years. The first two years wasn’t too bad but now. Terrible and wrong, I’m so disgusted. The one star isn’t even deserving.
