Key Review Excerpts

The staff were wonderful. The food was so bad to be inedible. My husband lost 40 lbs in 6 weeks. They do not have enough staff and resources to do their jobs to the best of their ability.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The physical therapist does a great job and there are a couple nice people on staff and that is the only reason for the second star. The rest of the facility leaves a lot to be desired. The room they put my Dad in is dirty, chipping paint everywhere, beat up furniture, and rusted baseboard heating covers.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★☆☆☆

My mother lived at Heritage Hall South for 1 1/2 years before passing away on 12/25/19. She struggled with severe dementia. I cannot say enough how great the whole staff was. They were very loving and compassionate with Mom and very supportive with me.
