What this means for your family
Woodhaven is highly regarded for its warm, community-focused environment and excellent activity programs, making it a strong choice for independent or assisted living. However, families should be aware of reports regarding inconsistent end-of-life care and responsiveness; we recommend asking specific questions about their hospice protocols and how they manage call-light response times during off-hours.

Key Review Excerpts
“These folks are not staff, but servants at heart, and friends who are so valued and appreciated. Thank you team for loving on our Mom, Grand-mom, and Great Grand-mom!”
“The staff is always kind friendly to my my mother and never talk at her her, they talk to her. She has serious memory issues and I'm pleased to see her treated as a person.”
“The care greatly went downhill when she was put on hospice. This place is not where you want to be if you’re on hospice, believe me! During her final days, it was very tough to find any employee that knew what they were doing.”
