Key Review Excerpts
“I was planning on making this my mother's residence, however I was treated really bad by Mary Lee, then as I was leaving this lady Sandy was really rude to me as well”
“My sister was a resident in this horrible facility. She was a diabetic and ended up getting gangrene in her leg due to extreme neglect, which led to sepsis and her leg being amputated.”
“I've been in this facility for a year now. So this review is going to be current and up to date as of January 2026. I know this facility inside and out. I was not happy when I first got here. At all. I couldn't eat anything. Some of the staff had attitudes if I asked for something, but they would still do it if asked. But within a month or 2, I noticed huuuge improvements with everything.”
