What this means for your family

While recent management efforts have improved the facility's cleanliness and atmosphere, the facility still struggles with inconsistent staffing levels. When touring, we strongly recommend asking for the specific nurse-to-patient ratio on night and weekend shifts and observing how quickly call lights are answered.

Key Review Excerpts

The building is clean and the staff go over and beyond providing nurturing quality care. Bring your folks to West Oaks you will be glad you did!

Executive Director · 2023★★★★

My mother’s bed is changed daily. Mom really enjoys the weekly bingo game. There are activities everyday. The social workers are always available to speak with and the physical therapists are wonderful.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★

She had surgery and their for rehab she was only at this place for 2.5 days and I had her d/c. She went to the bathroom along without assistance, calling me at 3am in the morning because she had to go to the restroom and he called button was on for over 1-hour while she waited
