However, the recurring reports of neglect and slow response times are significant red flags. Key Review Excerpts

My review is based on direct experience with my mother’s care. I discussed my concerns with the director who made time to speak with me and my father. Appropriate changes were made! The dialysis team and therapists are excellent.

Family member of resident · 2025★★★★★

My relative was there for post surgery rehab. Instead of walking him they used a hoyer lift the entire time he was there. Left him in bed except for dialysis times. Warning if your loved one needs dialysis its done 5 days a week instead of 3.

Family member of rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

My grandmother and my great uncle both spent time here, and I could not be more impressed with this facility. Nowadays the norm unfortunately is lackluster care and neglect in these type of places. This was the exception!
