Key Review Excerpts

The PT dept was wonderful and considerate about my welfare. In fact they helped me get released. But the staffing was horrible. Nurses and medications were ok. Ice water was never offered and bed pans were rough.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

They allegedly couldn’t get her meds, but that miraculously changed after her doctor got involved. She said they rarely answered call bells and she ended up wetting herself in bed on at least four occasions.

Friend of rehab patient · 2022☆☆☆☆

I have called multiple times to speak to the resident and I have gotten nowhere except for attitudes and disconnected or hung up on.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆
