Key Review Excerpts

If you’re relative has Alzheimer’s do not take them there. They are left to eat by themselves with no assistance, no one cuts their food for them or opens containers.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

I walked in and was shown to where he was “supposed” to be which he wasn’t, he was in his room(they weren’t aware) upon walking in, I realize he had no bed linens on his bed. He was laying on a plastic medical bed mattress with only a pillow. The place smelled of urine.

Visitor · 2024☆☆☆☆

I was transferred there by ambulance at 12:30 p.m., there was no intake nurse, there was no nurse at all. I was in the room until 9:00 at night when a family member signed me out.
