Key Review Excerpts

My sister in law has been in the facility for a year now, she’s enjoying herself also she likes it there. She tells me how nice her nurse is also her favorite cna how they take great care of her.

Family member · 2022★★★★★

The facility is nasty nasty, outdated, and the majority of the employees are unprofessional. My Father’s room window was prided open from the inside and would not close and no one knew who was responsible.

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

I know that this place is caring for my brother. When I go to see him he’s fairly clean and hey trim his beard and he’s not losing weight and he’s not complaining about being there. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The communication is lacking.
