What this means for your family

The therapy department is consistently praised as a major strength, making this a potential option for short-term rehab. However, the recurring, serious reports of neglect, hygiene issues, and extreme understaffing are significant red flags. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and speak directly with current residents' families before committing to long-term care.

Key Review Excerpts

The physical and occupational therapy was top notch. They provided treatment that was geared toward the needs and goals of each person they treated.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

I love the layout of the building and the home like atmosphere. Each person has a private room, bathroom with shower. They are situated in small "neighborhoods" of around 10 patients each.

Long-term resident's family · 2020★★★★

The aides, VICKY in particular, acted like they hated their job. Each time the bell was rung, it took an aide AT LEAST 30-45 minutes to respond. THEN another 45 minutes to an hour to get what was needed.
