All through the covid pandemic when we weren't allowed to visit Monica one of moms care givers face timed my mom and I frequently always alerted me to what supplies my mom would need she also curled her hair and mad her feel special.”
“My older sister has been a resident of the Cottage for 14 months. I must admit that initially I was extremely disappointed at the quality of the premises, as well as the quality of care, she was receiving. The fifth floor seemed to be the 'afterthought' with dirty rooms, filthy upholstery on the common chairs, poorly washed/folded laundry, etc.”
