The fifth floor seemed to be the 'afterthought' with dirty rooms, filthy upholstery on the common chairs, poorly washed/folded laundry, etc. Also, no air conditioning at all.

My aunt who was a resident of Maple Pointe in RVC recently died in April 2020 and I would like to share the journey with all to BEWARE of the place. We relieved a phone call the day before she died and they said 'your aunt is not feeling too good, should we call ambulance to bring to hospital or call HOSPICE in?'
