“My mother is a current resident of Swift Creek, and I must say the conditions on the 4th floor have been appalling thus far. Every time I have come to visit her room is filthy. They don't turn her resulting in bed sores worthy of a horror film.”
“The physical therapy at this “rehab” was non existent. Because she was a “fall risk” they couldn’t do physical therapy (why was she there??). They were so short staffed they couldn’t get my mother out of bed into a wheel chair or recliner.”
