Sanitary issues were observed including urine and feces in a common area bathroom, dust accumulation in a vent, and a lack of hand-drying methods in a 3rd floor bathroom.
The overhead vent in the 3rd floor hall bathroom had thick dust accumulation, preventing proper ventilation in a room without a window.
