During my father's stay, the room cleaning was sub standard, the theft problem was significant, I can't count how many snacks, drinks and knickknacks were stolen and not recovered. They were frequently under staffed also.

It was suppose to be assisted living but it was more left alone living. We only were there a short period of time and they increased the monthly rate by $1500.00 a month. What a shock.
