Questions for Your Tour

  • 1Given that you have 160 residents, what specific systems do you have in place to ensure call lights are answered promptly and that residents receive consistent assistance with daily hygiene and toileting?
  • 2I noticed your team has responded to some online feedback; how do you currently manage communication with families to ensure we are kept in the loop regarding any changes in our loved one's health or care plan?
  • 3Could you walk me through your process for medication management and how you prevent errors, especially during shift changes?
  • 4What steps are being taken to improve the dining experience and ensure that residents receive the proper nutritional support and meal quality they need?
  • 5Since rehabilitation is a noted strength here, how do you integrate those therapy goals into the resident's daily routine outside of formal sessions?
  • 6In the event of a medical emergency, what is the protocol for notifying family members, and how do you coordinate with local hospitals?

Key Review Excerpts

The CNAs were amazing to my family member. However they are so understaffed that it would take about a minimum of 30 minutes before they could help meet my family members needs!

Family member · 2025★★☆☆☆

My Mom came home yesterday after almost a month of recovery here! She had her second hip surgery, and I want to say how pleased I was with St. Peter's Rehab. Yes, they need more aides and the nursing staff I am sure is working many hours overtime, however, I was there often and was genuinely happy with the care, cleaning schedule and food service.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★

Do not recommend unless your loved one is mobile enough to use the bathroom or they will be sitting in a solied diaper while the CNAs congregate in the hall and laugh.
