What this means for your family

Shelby Ridge has a strong reputation for its rehabilitation therapy department, which many families credit for significant recovery progress. However, the facility has a recurring pattern of complaints regarding slow response times to call lights and inconsistent medical oversight. We strongly advise families to visit in person, observe staff response times, and ask specifically how the facility manages chronic health conditions like diabetes.
