What this means for your family

While the facility is physically beautiful and offers strong rehabilitation therapy, there is a concerning pattern of communication breakdowns regarding medical emergencies. I strongly advise that you establish a clear, documented communication plan with the social worker and nursing management upon admission, and conduct frequent, unannounced visits to monitor your loved one's care.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility is extremely dirty—the resident rooms, day room, and even the rugs are filthy and carry a strong, unpleasant odor. It is clear that cleanliness is not being maintained.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

The staff refused to seek outside medical attention for him when I asked to have him brought to the hospital later to find out he was severely ill. I even overheard the staff yelling at him while I was outside his door.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My grandfather has passed in their care and when asked what happened, my family was told there were “a lot of complications”. Residences said he was fine when they just seen him!!!
