What this means for your family

This facility has seen significant improvements in cleanliness and physical therapy quality under new administration, making it a strong contender for rehab. However, families must be vigilant; multiple reviewers have reported issues with property theft and slow response times. We strongly recommend visiting frequently and establishing a clear line of communication with a specific staff advocate upon admission.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff is very helpful and kind hearted individuals

Family member · 2022★★★★★

The facility is beautiful. The staff is very helpful. The program may help him. Highly recommended - I gave it only 4 stars because I believe nothing and no one is perfect.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★

It started it a bit rocky because they are understaffed. However, upon escalation, things turned around. One person in particular, Mr. Jason was exceptional. He really served as their internal patient advocate and he ensured the facility kept their promises.
