Key Review Excerpts
“Upon entering the Memory care unit, I again witnessed staff interacting with the residents. This is not something I typically see in other facilities. The staff were GENUINELY enjoying their time with the residents.”
“Sancerre is failing the residents in memory care, and it’s heartbreaking to watch. They are serving old food—meals from lunch are left sitting out on the counter and then re-served for dinner, especially to those on mechanical or puréed diets.”
“The community at Sancerre is truly amazing. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is so warm and friendly. You feel a positive community experience when you are there and working with their staff reinforces how much they care about their residents.”
