Key Review Excerpts

Upon entering the Memory care unit, I again witnessed staff interacting with the residents. This is not something I typically see in other facilities. The staff were GENUINELY enjoying their time with the residents.

Visitor · 2026★★★★★

Sancerre is failing the residents in memory care, and it’s heartbreaking to watch. They are serving old food—meals from lunch are left sitting out on the counter and then re-served for dinner, especially to those on mechanical or puréed diets.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The community at Sancerre is truly amazing. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is so warm and friendly. You feel a positive community experience when you are there and working with their staff reinforces how much they care about their residents.
