Key Review Excerpts

My father was admitted to the Robert A. Barnes skilled nursing facility at Wesley Ridge after leaving the hospital. From there we moved him into the English Garden for Memory Care. I don’t think my words can adequately describe the level of care and expertise we experienced from the moment we arrived.

Memory care family member · 2024★★★★★

Our family would like to formally express our deepest gratitude to Life Enriching Communities at Wesley Ridge, especially the Nursing & Rehabilitation Center at The Robert A. Barnes Center and the Wesley Ridge Hospice team, for the exceptional care provided to our father over the past two and a half years.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

Nurses OK, some difficult to understand due to heavy foreign accent. They tried to be helpful but just couldn't understand a couple of them. Had some issues about my Mom's meds/not getting them. Would not recommend going there on a Friday. Not much happens on the weekend & nurses are temps rather than regular staff then.

5deficiencies
Well below state avg (10.1)

Robert A Barnes Center shows a pattern of fire safety and nutrition issues across multiple surveys, with one recent fire alarm deficiency remaining uncorrected as of June 2025. The facility has faced recurring problems with fire safety systems, nutrition and dietary services, and resident rights documentation. Most deficiencies have been corrected by the provider, but the persistence of fire safety violations across all three surveys and ongoing nutrition concerns warrant careful consideration during your visit.
