What this means for your family

While the facility is frequently praised for its clean environment and effective therapy programs, the recurring reports of long call-bell response times and inconsistent hygiene are major red flags. If you choose this facility, we strongly recommend conducting unannounced visits during weekends and evenings to verify that staffing levels meet your loved one's needs.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff is excellent and the therapy is by far the best in the valley! The therapist have him working almost 2 hours a day!

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★

I was sent here for rehab before my second surgery... they made me wait for ridiculous amounts of time after pressing the call button to come help me. One time I set a timer on my phone and it took them 38 minutes to answer.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

My Dad is there on hospice with a few weeks left and the amount of stuff I have proof of thank God is absolutely horrid... the call light rings and rings for over 20 minutes the nurses at the desk eating away while they can hear the call light going off.
