What this means for your family

Riverside Care Center is frequently praised for its compassionate staff and effective therapy programs, making it a potential option for those prioritizing bedside care. However, the facility's aging infrastructure and reports of poor building maintenance are significant drawbacks. We strongly recommend visiting in person to assess the cleanliness and asking management directly about their communication protocols to ensure your loved one's needs will be met.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother have become part of the residents and I never felt that comfortable on leaving her in a nursery home as I feel in Riverside. The personnel in Riverside is very caring and professional.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★★★

Yes the building itself could use some work. My mom had been here for 4 months now and I can say that I can turn an eye to the cosmetics of the building because they are taking care of her, she is clean, no bed sores and they are on top of her.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★★

The building is decrepit, so sad! Some areas have just been painted over over the years, and other things are in their original status from whatever long ago it was built. Everywhere smells old and like mold.
