What this means for your family

While the facility offers a modern environment and top-tier physical therapy, the recurring reports of understaffing and slow response times are a significant risk. If you choose this facility, ensure you have a plan for frequent family visits to monitor care, and ask management directly how they handle weekend staffing and call-light response times.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy and fitness center is by far the best I’ve ever seen in a rehabilitation facility. My mom had a great stay, and I really appreciated the private rooms, which made a big difference in her comfort and recovery.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★

It’s a beautiful facility, but when I visited, there were red light room alarms going off up and down each hallway, and no staff attending to them. I walked around the corner and found 3 staff just laughing and goofing off, even though the lights were flashing.

Resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My father developed Stage 3-4 bed sores while here and this facility is not properly trained to prevent and manage them. Do not be fooled.
