Prospective families should be aware of the stark contrast between recent positive reports regarding therapy and long-standing complaints about administrative accountability.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother has been in and out of rehabilitation centers since 2019... 2025 my mother had a fall and broke her hip and Briarwood was the go to! The staff was absolutely amazing! Lauren the Rehabilitation Manager kept my family up to date on everything related to her care.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

My dad was here in July, 2021 for 4 days. I told the administrator and the head of long term care how my dad had to be fed... Everyone knew this and disregarded it and didn’t feed him or give him water for 4 days. I found him close to death and had to ask them to call an ambulance.

Long-term resident's family · 2021☆☆☆☆

My mother was left alone and not secured when put in her room. She was a fall risk and no precaution was taken... My mom died died from this fall that could of been avoided it the staff would of done there jobs properly.
