What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with specific administrative staff, the recurring reports of unsanitary conditions and poor communication are significant red flags. We strongly recommend visiting the facility unannounced to check for cleanliness and asking for a detailed policy on how the facility notifies families of medical incidents.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother in law was there for maybe 3 months & was admitted into the hospital 2 times. Once because of her low blood sugar . And for the 2nd time it was due to not eating. Pine Crest never advised us of this matter but the hospital did.

Memory care family member · 2020☆☆☆☆

She had to speak with multiple nurses and administration to attempt to retrieve the belongings only to find them in unmarked plastic bags in a hallway as if they were goodwill donations.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

I'm so very grateful to Robin in admissions who went above and beyond to help me with placement for my husband when I wasn't able to get help from his Social worker.
