What this means for your family

This facility offers a vibrant activity program and a highly regarded memory care team, making it a strong contender for those needs. However, families should be vigilant regarding facility hygiene and responsiveness; we strongly recommend asking for a tour of the specific unit your loved one will occupy and requesting a clear policy on how management handles communication regarding health concerns.

Google Reviews

Google Reviews

73 reviews on Google
Odelia Healthcare (operating as Morada Albuquerque) receives highly polarized feedback, with many families praising the compassionate memory care staff and engaging activities, while others report significant concerns regarding management changes, cleanliness, and staffing levels. While recent reviews highlight improvements in dining and staff interaction, long-term or critical reviews point to recurring issues with communication, facility maintenance, and inconsistent care quality. Families should carefully weigh the positive reports of resident engagement against the documented concerns regarding responsiveness and hygiene.

Key Review Excerpts

The Memory Care staff, Deb, Liz, Enriques and the rest of the care staff, are all so friendly, helpful, patient and compassionate. Kim, the director is always so friendly, and ready to help wherever she is needed.

Memory care family member · 2024★★★★★

The direct care staff are friendly to my loved one. The Director of Health, is non-responsive to multiple messages left. I don’t know what she actually does but returning the calls of family members regarding their loved one’s health apparently doesn’t fall in her job description.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★☆☆

They have a serious cockroach problem here too. The roaches were climbing onto the bed and making their way into the kitchen as well. Not only this but the food is terrible and not appetizing at all.

Odelia Healthcare has multiple complaint-triggered deficiencies, with families filing reports about resident care issues, financial protection, and discharge procedures. The facility shows recurring problems across care planning and assessments, medication management, and safety systems spanning multiple surveys from 2022 to 2025. While all cited deficiencies have correction dates, the pattern of repeated issues across the same care areas suggests ongoing operational challenges families should carefully consider.
