How They Respond to Reviews

5%response rate
Generic

The owner relies heavily on repetitive, templated scripts that use standardized phrases like 'not the standard of care we aim to provide.' While they occasionally personalize the greeting with the reviewer's name, the core of the response is a copy-paste mechanism designed to redirect complaints to a corporate phone line.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere feels more like a home than a medical center. My relative receives excellent medical care, nutritious meals, and enjoys the daily activities provided, which help keep them engaged and happy.

Long-term care family member · 2025★★★★★

The place is old and run down. The moment you stepped inside, its smell so bad. It got worse once you got to the room. The sewage smell in my mom’s room was so so bad on top of the urine smells.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

My brother was very weak and disoriented when he arrived here after being in the hospital for 24 days. He has improved so much it is unbelievable. He gets wound care, physical therapy and his mind is after his back to normal.

North Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation has a concerning pattern of deficiencies with families filing multiple complaints, including recent issues in September 2025. The most recurring problems involve protecting residents from abuse and neglect (cited 6 times across multiple years), basic care quality issues, and accident prevention. While the facility has corrected individual violations, the persistent pattern of abuse-related citations and ongoing family complaints through 2025 suggests systemic care quality concerns that families should carefully consider.
