What this means for your family

Monroe Springs Skilled Nursing and Rehab receives frequent praise for its highly effective physical and occupational therapy programs and a clean, well-maintained facility. While many families report compassionate care and attentive nursing, there are serious, recurring allegations regarding neglect, slow response times for medical emergencies, and inconsistent staffing quality. Key Review Excerpts

They have the best physical therapy of any facility I've been in and I've been in three or four they were able to get my body moving when it was broken and I thought it would never move again after my stroke.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

They literally did not put my dad’s bypap mask on for MONTHS, let him run out of oxygen many times and all this was all ordered by his doctor. They do bare minimum!!!!

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The higher floors are understaffed and overworked , they are often overwhelmed with too many patients .
