What this means for your family

This facility appears to have a strong divide between its assisted living and skilled nursing/rehab services. If you are considering this facility, specifically tour the unit where your loved one will reside and ask for a direct contact person for communication. Given the recurring reports of slow response times, we strongly recommend asking how the facility monitors call-light response times during night shifts.

Key Review Excerpts

The physical and occupational therapy here is to notch. Which is what I'm here for. The staff is all very kind and shows lots of empathy.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

My 83 year old Mother was sent there for rehab. I had a hidden clock camera in the room. She did indeed ring the call button through out the night for water or restroom RARLEY did they show up.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

This review is for assisted living! They have been top notch. Staff is kind, caring and compassionate! Both my parents have been there, and treated with respect and like this is truly their home.
