What this means for your family

While the facility's physical therapy department is highly regarded, the recurring reports of neglect and poor communication are significant red flags. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and speak directly with current residents' families before making a decision, as the facility's online reputation is heavily skewed by employee reviews.

Millennium Post Acute Rehabilitation presents a stark divide between internal employee experiences and external family perspectives. While new staff frequently praise the orientation process and welcoming team culture, families of residents consistently report severe neglect, poor communication, and unsanitary facility conditions. Prospective families should be aware that while the facility is highly rated by employees for its work environment, the quality of patient care remains a significant point of contention.

Key Review Excerpts

PT and OT Department the best in this area. That entire team should get a raise.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

My wife has been there 5 weeks and it has been a nightmare. One of her meds required once a day was not given for at least a week. We were told that records indicated she had been given the med.

Long-term resident's family · 2021☆☆☆☆

It's nasty, outdated, blood spatter on the curtains, parts of the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The ice they provide to the patients comes out of a cooler in the hallway that they add ice to, never cleaned.
