What this means for your family

While the facility has a dedicated therapy team and some highly regarded social workers, the recurring reports of severe neglect, unsanitary conditions, and slow response times are critical red flags. If you are considering this facility, you must be prepared to be present daily to advocate for your loved one's basic needs, as multiple families report that care quality drops significantly without constant oversight.

Key Review Excerpts

My dad stayed here in Spring 2025 for several weeks. He kept declining and I spoke with staff and management. I had this intuition that something wasn't right... They waited until it was too late and he ended up transferring to the hospital in septic and cardiogenic shock.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The physical therapy department people are awesome and I mean awesome. If I'm not there with my sister to see that she gets looked after and not chocking because of the flem in her trak tube I don't know what I would do, help doesn't come when you put the call light on.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★☆☆☆

This review is specifically regarding social worker Deidra Marshall and not Medilodge itself. I had a lot of concerns about my brothers care/health when he was a resident there. Deidra took the time to listen and address any issues we had.
