What this means for your family
This facility's rehab therapy team is frequently cited as a strength, making it a potential option for short-term recovery. However, families must be vigilant regarding basic care needs; multiple reviewers have reported significant delays in toileting assistance and call-light response times. We strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit during a weekend or evening shift to observe staffing levels firsthand before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts
“The Activity department has something for us to do everyday. With prizes for participation weather you win or not. The kitchen has increased the variety of what you can choose from.”
“My mom was at the facility for almost a year. Late stage Alzheimers dementia. There are some wonderful staff at this location. Then, some are not so wonderful. Some aids would actually take time, do her nails, take her for a walk around the facility. Others just sat there, barely interacting with her.”
“My significant other was in the rehab wing for about two weeks before he was sent to Henry Ford Hospital. Jessica in Admissions and Carol the Discharge Director were very helpful with my concerns.”
