What this means for your family

While recent reviews suggest improvements in facility appearance and staff friendliness, the recurring reports of serious medical neglect and communication failures are highly concerning. If you consider this facility, we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit and asking specifically how they manage medical emergencies and family notifications, as these are the most frequently cited points of failure.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother spent a number of weeks in rehab at the facility. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment that she arrived. Every staff member that we encountered was extremely friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and informative.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

My brother was in a motorcycle accident, hes 20 years younger than the youngest resident, and that confuses them as if he's an animal apparently. He had severe pain in his legs, so when they talk to him they REST on his legs. This happened multiple times.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My grandmother stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks, went in perfectly fine just recovering from COVID-19 came out with a broken hip in 2 different places and they denied any knowledge of any fall but someone helped her up.
