Key Review Excerpts

The food is either frozen or comes out of a can, it taste horrible. They are having an issue from bed bugs, that has spread from room to room and even to the staff. Med errors are ridiculous, not addressed by nurse either.

Family member · 2019☆☆☆☆

It was discovered 2 months ago that one resident had bed bugs. The owner didn't do enough about the outbreak and now 3 resident and 2 staff members have bed bugs.

Family member · 2019☆☆☆☆

The owners are dismissive and, at times, outright rude. Communication is poor, accountability is lacking, and basic rights—things as fundamental as dignity, privacy, and humane treatment—are disregarded.
