Grand Vista is experiencing a bed bug epidemic. It was discovered 2 months ago that one resident had bed bugs. The owner didn't do enough about the outbreak and now 3 resident and 2 staff members have bed bugs.

Never a nurse on the property during a weekend. Trying to find the nurse during the week is a challenge. Meals come out of a can or freezer and they always run out of condiments.

Med errors are ridiculous, not addressed by nurse either. Most of the errors are caught by a third party. Good luck finding a nurse during the morning hours, she is spread to thin.
