- 3Can you walk me through your communication protocol when a resident needs to be transported to the hospital, to ensure families are notified as quickly as possible?
- 4Given the cozy, home-like atmosphere here, what are some of the most popular activities or social traditions that bring the residents together?

“The owners are actively involved and take a personal interest in the residents. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with a sense of being a part of a community.”
“One of the reasons we chose this place for her is that they include all of their services for one monthly rent. They don't nickel and dime you for helping your loved one shower, or doing medicine management.”
