What this means for your family

This facility is highly regarded for its cleanliness and rehabilitation therapy team, making it a potential candidate for short-term recovery. However, families should be aware of recurring reports regarding staffing shortages and slow response times. We strongly recommend visiting during off-peak hours and asking specific questions about how the facility manages call bell response times and dietary accommodations for your loved one.

Key Review Excerpts

I cannot, in good conscience rate the facility 5 stars because as good as the staff is, it is clear they are overworked due to understaffing. Shortages extend to supplies also.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★

My mom’s diaper was lefted dirty all night because there is only one CNA and one Nurse on the whole third floor. I have photos to show that there was so much poop and pee in my mom’s diaper that it passed the diaper and into the chuck.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The nurses and assistants have been attentive, caring, and loving. The recreation employees creates activities that are engaging and entertaining and also a very loving crew. The cleaning crew keeps the rooms and common areas clean and well maintained.
