What this means for your family

This facility's therapy team is frequently praised, making it a potential option for short-term rehab, but families should exercise caution. Given the recurring reports of medication administration delays and poor communication, we strongly advise having a family member present during the initial days of admission to monitor care and ensure medication schedules are followed.

Key Review Excerpts

Our mom was sent here for PT after hip surgery and long-term care due to other medical issues. We could not have asked for a more skilled, caring and positive group of professionals to care for her.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

This is the worst Rehab I have ever encountered! My mother was discharged from a hospital to Kadima for Rehab. Not even 24 hrs after my mother’s admission we signed her out. No pain medication was readily available nor maintenance medication.

Rehab patient's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

I’ve been to a few nursing/rehab facilities within the last year, and have stayed at Kadima in Lititz for the past 4 months. Compared to the other places I’ve been, I’m rating this place with 5 stars. The employees are very caring and do their best to make sure you are comfortable.
