Key Review Excerpts
“My brother-in-law, with a traumatic brain injury and heart condition, was placed here for skilled care. Day 1: He jiggled the front doors and walked out. Staff called my wife and suggested the secure wing. ~1 month later: He escaped through a window, a “secure” gate, and over a fence.”
“I came here being independent for 30 years. Unfortunately I broke my hip and ended up in a wheelchair unable to walk. I came to Irondale Post Acute and I experienced an amazing transformation from the physical, speech therapists, nurses and CNAs and very appreciative of Dave and his team in therapy.”
“My dad was here for a few months back in 2023... He was put on hospice care without my knowledge. Pretty much passed away in the living room slumped over on the couch and drooling when I showed up busting out of his jeans because he was filled with fluid for not doing his dialysis.”
