Key Review Excerpts

The moment she was switched to Intercommunity, she was the happiest and most bubbliest person ever. You can see how well taken care of she was, and she was also the favorite of the nurse

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

I visited him once and it took one visit to say the front desk is friendly. The waiting area seemed cleaned. However once in, the staff need to be more considered of patients. I had to help a patient with what she needed.

Family member of deceased patient · 2024☆☆☆☆

The food here is 100% better than the last place. The staff here is extremely attentive compared to the last, checking in with her and following through with her requests.

This facility has 60 deficiencies over 9 surveys with families filing multiple complaints about resident care. Recurring problems include infection control (appearing across multiple surveys), care planning and assessments, medication management, and food safety. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated issues—especially infection control violations in both routine and complaint surveys—suggests systemic challenges that warrant careful consideration during your visit.
