What this means for your family

This facility is an excellent choice if you prioritize a clean, modern, and high-end environment with top-tier physical therapy. However, you must be vigilant regarding nursing responsiveness; we recommend checking in frequently during evening and weekend hours to ensure medication schedules and call lights are being addressed promptly.

Families considering Ignite Medical Resort will find a facility that is frequently praised for its modern, clean, and 'resort-like' atmosphere and highly skilled physical therapy team. However, there are significant, recurring reports of medication delays, slow response times to call lights, and issues with staff responsiveness during night or weekend shifts. While many visitors find the environment soothing and professional, others have experienced serious lapses in basic care, such as delayed wound care and hygiene assistance.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility was well maintained. The front desk staff gladly welcomed me. Going to the patient's room on the 2nd floor, as I walked thru the hallway, I noticed a happy staff, each room well marked to reflect the patient's name, the professionalism of the attending nurse, the physical therapy area cleanliness, the facility's efforts to screen and photo id the visitors and the well stocked cantina, adjacent to the front desk. Overall, the visit exceeded my expectations.

Visitor · 2026★★★★★

I had a great experience with the care that’s been provided to my mom at this rehab. The staff was attentive, compassionate, and has demonstrated excellent customer service. I feel confident that my mom is the best care and it’s been showing through her recovery.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

My first night here I layed in my urine for 20 minutes. No one would respond to the call button after pressing it 15 times. It wasn't until a gentleman from dietary brought a food tray that was holding for me found me laying there.
