What this means for your family

While this facility has a history of excellent therapy and friendly staff, recent reviews indicate a dangerous decline in care standards and staffing stability. If you choose this facility, you must closely monitor hygiene, call button response times, and the consistency of the nursing staff.

Families should exercise extreme caution due to recent reports of severe neglect, including failure to assist with hygiene, high staff turnover, and inadequate response to medical needs. While some long-term reviews praise the therapy team and specific friendly staff members, recent feedback highlights critical issues with sanitation, pest presence, and management-driven instability.

Key Review Excerpts

A top flight therapy staff consisting of Sonja, Emily, Kaitlin, Samantha, Allen, plus others. I highly recommend to anybody because they are extremely qualified in their particular fields.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

If I could give a review less than 1 i would! Do not put your family member in this place! Recently there has been almost 100% turnover of staff due to a new administrator who's making things very difficult for the staff.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

When you push your call button, a tech may or may not come in time to take you to the bathroom. Accidents happen. So they tell you they’ll put you in an adult diaper but if they don’t get back in time, they tell you just to pee in your diaper, and they’ll change you when they do to you.

Families have filed multiple complaints triggering inspections, with recurring issues in resident assessment and care planning, fire safety systems, and infection control. The facility shows a pattern of repeated deficiencies across surveys, including problems with sprinkler systems, fire alarms, accurate resident assessments, and nursing staff information posting. While all violations have correction dates, the persistence of similar issues across multiple inspections suggests ongoing operational challenges that warrant careful consideration.
