How They Respond to Reviews

97%response rate
Generic

The owner relies heavily on a small set of repetitive, templated responses that often fail to acknowledge the specific details or staff members mentioned in the reviews. While they attempt to personalize by using the reviewer's name, the core message remains a copy-paste rotation of three or four different scripts.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff here are amazing. When we leave, we wish we could take some with us. They are kind, talk and also listen to our concerns. The rehab personnel really know their stuff.

Rehab patient's family · 2023★★★★

My very picky husband loves the food here. He came here two weeks ago by stretcher, Now he is getting out of bed by himself and walking with a walker. The staff here are outstanding and so helpful.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★★

My mother was at this location for about three months until she passed away. Although there are friendly staff members, the facility and quality of employees need major improvement. My issues and concerns with this company is as follow: 1) My mother had a stroke and NO ONE RECOGNIZED IT OR FOLLOWED UP WITH IT FOR ALMOST 12 HOURS.
