What this means for your family

This facility's rehabilitation therapy team is frequently praised for helping patients regain strength, making it a potential option for short-term recovery. However, families must be aware of the significant, recurring reports of slow response times to call lights and poor communication. We strongly recommend visiting in person and asking how they handle call-light response times and family updates during off-hours.

Prospective families should weigh the strong physical therapy outcomes against the significant concerns regarding staffing levels and responsiveness.

Key Review Excerpts

The PT and OT staff have been exceptional. I’ve interacted with 3 nurses. A man, who was decent. Another young woman, just OK. The third, was not a nice woman. She is rude, told me how many patients she had (27) vs. the CNA’s (8).

Family member of resident · 2024★★☆☆☆

My grandmother was a patient at Heritage Park following her hip replacement. The staff was helpful, warm, and considerate. They helped her stay motivated during her recovery and helped her regain her independence.

Grandchild of rehab patient · 2021★★★★★

I pushed call button for help , aid will come always like 30 minutes or so or they would come turn off the call button and tell you they are busy and will come back.
