The facility failed to ensure that all contract workers were tested for tuberculosis as required by the Commission. Records indicated that background and health screenings for these specific contract laborers had not been verified.
The facility failed to conduct criminal background checks for contract workers used at the facility. The administration noted that while these workers were polite, there was no documentation of required criminal history screenings.
