Key Review Excerpts

My grandma has been residing at the Haven for about 5 years now. She's on her way out of this world but she would not have been here this long without their caring staff. They take the time to know your loved one and treat them like family.

Long-term resident's family · 2018★★★★★

They are providing outstanding care for my mother. Mark, the owner, is usually seen on premises 7 days a week and is very responsive to family requests.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

This place is super unprofessional!! Also to the boss is disrespectful to his workers treats them like garbage unless he likes you. They argue infront of the residents at the desk. Also one of the nurses nod off at the nurses station and they don’t do nothing about it.
